Genomics & Metagenomics Researcher. Bridging the gap between Veterinary Science and Technology. Exploring the intersection of animal health, microbiology, and genomic technologies.
I am currently a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) student at Gazipur Agricultural University (GAU). My academic journey has fueled a deep interest in advanced genomic technologies and their application in animal health and agriculture.
I aim to advance my expertise in NGS-based microbiome analysis, whole-genome sequencing, and computational genomics. I am particularly passionate about understanding microbial communities in the context of agricultural sustainability, animal health, and the critical challenge of antimicrobial resistance (AMR).
Genomic characterization of multidrug-resistant E. coli from bovine mastitis, revealing extensive resistomes, virulomes, and plasmids. (Read full paper)
Metagenomic mapping of urban garden soils in Dhaka and Gazipur, highlighting distinct Bacillus-dominated microbial communities. (Read full paper)
Profiling soil bacterial diversity across Bangladesh's agro-ecological zones to establish baselines for soil health and fertility. (Read full paper)
